Responsibilities :-

- Provide leadership and manage executive and departmental teams.
Financial Management
- Prepare and manage the hospital budget.
- Oversee billing, coding, and revenue collection processes.
Human Resources Management
- Recruit, hire, and train staff.
- Evaluate staff performance and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Operational Management
- Maintain and operate hospital facilities.
- Manage procurement and inventory control of medical supplies.
Patient Care and Quality Management
- Implement quality assurance programs.
- Enhance patient experience and address complaints.
Experience:- 5 Years plus
