- Sales Targets: Set realistic and achievable sales targets for the team and ensure they are met or exceeded.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Customer Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
