This core unit covers the resource management for teams, A resource is anything that is needed to execute a task or project and What is Team Culture in Workplace? When recruiting a resource to support a project, Individual identity, and role within a project and finally the role of HR department.

This unit addresses the various stages in the life cycle of any product or service, research and development, introduction- launch the product or service and then establish the product or service.
